LocalOnly always places the safety of minors as its top priority. It is committed to creating a safe, healthy, and age-appropriate usage environment for all users, strictly adheres to the Google Play Families Policy and applicable laws and regulations on the protection of minors worldwide, and earnestly fulfills its child protection responsibilities.

LocalOnly maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward all acts that harm or threaten minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM/CSAE), exploitation of minors, and endangering the personal safety of children, and resolutely cracks down on such conducts severely.

Core Provisions of LocalOnly Child Safety

• Any user is strictly prohibited from uploading, sharing, advocating, disseminating, or soliciting any content related to child sexual abuse material (CSAM/CSAE). Any such content discovered will be processed immediately.
• It is strictly forbidden to induce, solicit, or engage in pornographic or other inappropriate interactions with minors in any form, and all communications that infringe upon the physical and mental rights and interests of minors shall be eliminated.
• The creation, publication, and dissemination of any content that sexualizes, depicts, illustrates, dialogues about, or discusses minors in a sexualized manner are strictly prohibited, in order to uphold the bottom line of minor protection.
• Without the authorization of a minor's guardian, no entity is allowed to collect, use, disclose, or divulge the personal information of minors, and the privacy and security of minors shall be strictly protected.
• Strict age verification mechanisms and age-appropriate access controls shall be implemented to reasonably restrict minors’ access to functions and content unsuitable for their age group.
• A dual-control model combining automated detection systems and a manual review team shall be adopted to monitor platform content in real time, promptly identify and remove harmful information endangering minors.
• Content violating the terms of this Policy will be deleted immediately. Violating users will face severe penalties such as permanent account suspension, with no leniency.
• If any illegal activities endangering minors are found, they will be reported to relevant law enforcement agencies, child protection organizations, and competent authorities in accordance with the law, and full cooperation will be provided in relevant investigations.
• A dedicated user reporting channel is established to facilitate users to promptly report suspicious content or behaviors endangering minors on the platform, which will be verified and handled immediately.
